ADCs are developed from Arbele’s proprietary library of >300 anti-CDH17 monoclonal antibodies. The ADCs are designed to deliver cytotoxic drugs to CDH17-overexpressing tumors, thereby maximizing the killing effect and at the same time reducing the adverse effects on normal tissues.

Arbele has developed two proprietary platforms: next-generation chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells and multi-specific T-cell engaging antibodies. Arbele’s non-viral CAR vectors are designed to combat solid tumor microenvironments by targeting multiple tumor antigens, reversing tumor immunosuppression, and recruiting additional effector cells. These CAR cells express certain genes only in response to the tumor microenvironment, enhancing safety and efficacy. Stimulated by tumor cells, these quiescent CAR cells generate an enhanced immune response, functioning as artificial immunosurveillance CAR cells, or “AI-CAR”.
